You should join a site for freelancers. You do not have to pay anything! You just advertise (free) what services you can do and offer your services to the buyers who visit the site. This is a site where people like me go to find people to write articles for my blogs or do other simple jobs ( like adding links to my sites in specific place which help my sites in Google) Basically when I post a 'job' on the site the freelancers 'bid' for it i.e. "I will do the job for $30/$50" If I accept I pay the money to the web site and it is then sent to you when the job is done.
