How can I assemble my own laptop?

Is laptop can be assemble today as desktop? are hardwares available too?

    Yes, it is possible to assemble laptops just like desktops. But the daunting task came where you have to put in all the major parts together. Also some hardware is not readily available for general use just like the LCD display screen since they are made for OEM purposes only. Also you will not be able to find the Intel Centrino processor as easily as Intel Pentium 4. This is the main reason why you had not seen any assembled laptop till today.

That was not quite English... A laptop with a docking station is an equivalent to a desktop. If you were asking if you could assemble a laptop yourself the same way you assemble a desktop, no. There are too many proprietary parts. -Dio

I am sorry I didnt understand your question. If you are looking for a way of converting a laptop into a desktop, that may not be possible. But you can connect your laptop to a docking station, and have a separate keyboard and monitor to access your laptop.
