Why Does A Computer Crash? What Happens To Your Computer When it Crashes?

Computer crashes happen a lot around the world and they can happen for a many reasons. The most common reasons are because a system file has been lost, or corrupted. This includes "system32". Also DLL files can go missing. Viruses also cause hard drives to crash. Lastly, sometimes your RAM is to low to handle the speed it needs to process.

There's a whole lot of different reasons why they could crash. My uncle's computer crashed because lightning hit his telephone line which is really rare. My computer crashed too and I lost like everything on my old computer so I got a laptop.

Often because your processor is overloaded with commands. This will be different depending on whether you have a never ending loop going on, or you have just gone a tad bit click happy, basically it happens when the computer is trying to do much at one time. (Depends on your processor)

when a computer crashes it usually means that you are using too much RAM. My computer restarts, but some ask you to close the program.

it could be hundreds of things, from a screw being loose, to the hard drive failing, to the motherboard shorting out, ect. ect.

Could be a multitude of factors, you can't pinpoint one thing unless more detail is specified =]
