Where should I go to get a new video card for my hp pavilion 7955 that will play sims 3 and is cheap?

I put in sims 3 and it said i needed shader model 2.0. I looked around on here and it looks like i will need a whole new video card. I dont know what video card will work for sims 3. I have windows xp. And i kinda cant spend too much on one.
