How to make a cursor and icon that I may use for my PC? I wanna have my favourite picture to be my icons and cursor..thanks (^^)

You can make your icon icons in programs such as 'jasc animation shop' by saving the file as '.ani'. You can make 64 X 64 icons by using online creators to covert a specific 64 X 64 image.
