Where can I get computer component test equipment?

Where can I get computer test equipment? Well, I built my computer rig for myself and 1 GPU and 3 of the ram modules were no good, dead. I'm going to start building computers and selling them on eBay. What I need to know so I don't put the computer together to find out that way if the part is faulty(especially the CPU, it's messy), I need to get the test equipment. Does anyone know where I can get the following? CPU(processor) Tester GPU(Video Card) Tester Ram Tester Network Tester PCI Tester PSU(Power Supply) Tester Hard drive Tester firewire, sata, HDMI, USB, monitor, etc And any other tester that I will need, so pretty much a tester to be able to test every part on a computer without assembling the computer a guess the part. Thanks for your help.

Answer:
The only sure test is in a real world scenario. What I would recommend is having a caseless test setup, where the motherboard is layed out on a table and parts are easily accessible. What you really have to do is assemble it, boot an operating system, and test it that way. Use any one of these live CDs to test out the hardware: http://www.memtest86.com/ (site seems to be down) http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/ <--This one is really nice; it has a whole bunch of tests you can run. But you can buy devices to check the RAM: http://www.memorytesters.com/ And I don't know about the graphics card or other components. Can't you just install them on the motherboard and test them that way? Edit: "And the GPU and CPU by testing them on the MO you have to have everything installed and try to boot, but if you have more than one GPU that's pointless." Wait...aren't you going to assemble the rig anyway? Why would you design a multi-GPU rig and not buy a motherboard that supports multiple GPUs? And, couldn't you test each one individually using a test motherboard with one PCI-E slot? Just put it in, test it, turn it off, put the other one in, and turn it back on. But I did some googling, and I couldn't find any sort of GPU testing equipment. Perhaps someone else knows of something. Really though, what is so hard about sticking the components in the motherboard and testing them with the boot CD? That's what all the benchmark sites do when they test hardware; they use a caseless motherboard. I fail to see the "guesswork" in reading the output of the boot CD on a test. It says "pass" or "fail"...not much guesswork there. And I found these sites which offer testing supplies for DDR3 (and even DDR4) memory: http://www.simmtester.com/ http://www.triadspectrum.com/products.html Expensive as hell though...
