Usb ports not working?

USB port piece(desktop computer) fell out and both usb ports arent working?

• I guess one of the many times i plugged my camera downloader into the usb port it stopped working so i took a look at it and the metal piece inbetween the two side by side usb ports had fallen out and maybe a plastic piece that i cant find. The wires dont look bent up but if i try and plug in my camera cord (without the metal divider piece, it says theres a power surg.. Is it cheaply fixable? and do you just have to replace the usb part.. or does the desktop have to be taken completely apart..   that seems to happen alot on cheaper cases i tried to fix it once but it seemed to have affected my motherboard get a usb hub and hook it to the rear usb ports they are more stable anyways
