Will my computer play The Sims 3?

What is this computer missing and will it play The Sims 2 & 3?

Here are two computer combos that Newegg calls "Full Solutions". 1. http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboBundleDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.816573 2. http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboBundleDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.789234 It doesn't say either one comes with an operating system or a dvd drive. Are those the only things I would have to buy extra or is it still missing something important? And will the Radeon 6410D play all of The Sims 2 ep's/sp's? I am upgrading the graphics card and buying Windows 7 next month though...

I would go for the first one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboBundleDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.816573 I think it has a better motherboard. Yeah,with the integrated video of the motherboard and the video od the processor i'll be enough to play those games,you cancould make an hybrid crossfire.
