Can you plug in your wii into an HP computer?

I have a Dell computer that has an ethernet plug and just bought an HP that doesn't have an ethernet plug.?

  • Is there any way to convert the HP so it's usable?

  • Answer:

Desktop or laptop? You don't say, but my guess is that you can purchase an ethernet connection device that can install into a USB port, or a PCI slot, or a PCMCIIA slot. Depends on what type of computer you have and what you want to do. More information would have been nice.

Strange, all modern desktops have an ethernet port on them.... You can buy a cheap PCI ethernet card, assuming you have a standard PCI slot (not PCI-E x16) There are also some PCI-E x1 network cards out there....

You will have to buy an ethernet card designed to fit into the HP. Chances are the Dell ethernet connection is built into the motherboard and can not be removed for installation in the HP..
