Install new motherboard without re-installing Windows 7?
-
I just got a new ASUS P8P67-M PRO motherboard and an Intel i3 2100 to replace my old socket 775 motherboard and my Pentium D processor. Is there any way to install the new motherboard and processor without re-installing Windows?

Answer:
I'd highly recommend against it, your motherboard will have different drivers and if you don't reinstall you'll run in to major compatibility issues.
