Why is my youtube messed up?

Problem with the songs, etc. on computer - messed up audio in iTunes/iPod, WMP, and YouTube? PLEASE HELP!?

• I first noticed it on my iPod. I have to turn the volume up to the max to hear the audio, and even then I can barely hear it. The biggest prob is that the audio is all distorted, like you can barely hear the voice through the music, and the music itself just sounds odd. This has never happened before. Next I tried iTunes. Same thing. So then I tried Windows Media Player. Same! So I clicked on the little volume icon at the bottom, and set the bar up to 100. I heard that DING! that always happens when you change the volume very clearly, like normal, but the sound was still all messed up! Next I went onto YouTube. SAME THING! I can barely hear the videos, and what I do hear is distorted. I am not sure what's wrong, PLEASE help me! Email me, whatever, I don't care, but please. I'm pretty upset.

  . Maybe the computer's Sound Card is blown! Try the simple tests below. .... or this one @ http://www.passmark.com/products/soundcheck.htm ; ... IF necessary, you can install a new Card. A repair shop will do it for $100.
