How do you delete and account on a mac?

I can't delete guest account on mac osx, major help!?

• ok, im logged in admin account and i want to delete a guest account, however the minus sign '' - '' is grayed out, its unlocked of course. its the only thing that is grey, i can click on the guest and everything even the plus sign works. help me please i tried but the minus sign is still grey and i just cant seem to delete the guest account. im desperate ill be super grateful, thanks amillion

  Since Lion, the guest account is provided by default. It cannot be deleted. When you unlock the padlock and select the guest account, you have the option to enable or disable the guest account, however it is always there. There is nothing wrong with your Mac or the Account settings. Good Luck.
