How to upload pictures?

How to upload pictures onto the computer...?

• i have a labtop and use a memory chip to upload pictures onto the computer. After i put the memory chip in a square box with options in it pops up and i select one and go from there. But lately when i now put the memory chip in the box doesnt show up and i cant figure out any other way to upload pictures. Could u please give me directions on how to upload pictures a different way or get the box to pop up again...

  Have you tried manually going to start, my computer and opening the chip there? If not sometimes it gets buggy and the pop-up doesn't come up. Other then that your chip MAY be damaged or corrupted, so if you have the receipt take it back to the store you had bought it from.
