How do you ground the PC Case?

Need some major PC building help!?

• I'm in a bit of a pickle! For my b-day, I'd like to upgrade my PC! However, upgrading/building is somewhat new ground to me! I've picked out some components, and I need to see if they'll work before I spend the money! here they are! PSU: Keeping my PSU. It's NOT stock or generic, but I forget it's name. It's 630 WATT. CPU: *WILL NOT UPGRADE* too much money at the moment. It is a Intel Quad Core @ 2.88GHz MoBo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813121355 (PCI E 2.0, LGA 775, and supports DDR2 8GB @800mhz of Ram) GPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130629 RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231207 (pretty standard 4GB of DDR2 RAM) okay, I know - mobo/ram isn't optimal BUT it's within my budget of about 400-450 dollars. (an extra 100 goes to a new case) OR I could go the cheaper route and JUST buy the graphics card and the ram. Which would be about 300 dollars. BUT I'd have to keep my old mid-tower case, and my old MoBo ALSO!!!! What is the point of having a full-tower? Will a mid-tower work for those parts? Thanks guys

  If I were you, I'd upgrade the GPU only... maybe ADD ram, but not replace. I certainly would never buy a motherboard as an upgrade unless it is also compatible with better processors. A full tower often has better air flow, but they're huge. Mid-Tower cases are more than enough for 99% of home builds. You'd need about 500$ to get a new cpu 2500k i5, a p67 mobo, case and new ddr3 ram. Save the money - that motherboard and ram will be useless to you when you finally take the plunge and only involves saving another $200 or so. Just wait.
