Temperature of 7900 GT graphics card?
-
What is the usual temperature of a 7900 gt graphics card while under a load?. When i play games sometimes it gets as hot as 85. Whats the best way to cool a graphics card?
-
Answer:
although that may seem hot the graphics processor on my nvidia card runs at about 52c when not working hard the temperature will rise if I work it hard but according to the software the top temperature is 145c so you're well within limits but if you want to control or lower the temperature you'll need to fit more fans to your system especially ones that will blow air over the graphics card

personally, i wouldnt let it get over 85! that is really hot this is celcius correct? if its F then ur way fine! but to lower temps buy an aftermarket heatsink, zalmans are good! or if you really know what your doing you could change the thermal grease on the card
