Liquid Cooling?

Liquid cooling fan help?

• Hey I don't really know much about liquid cooling but I wa looking at this one Asetek 510LC Liquid Cooling System 120MM Radiator & Fan (Enhanced Cooling Performance + Extreme Silent at 20dBA) (Dual Enermax Enlobal Silent High Performance 120MM Fans (Push-Pull)) But I know that I will have to clean it sometime but I don't know how I would do this, is it easy, can I simply dump the water out and refill it? Can someone please helP me and show me a tutorial for this exact model. Because I don't want to spill it and destroy my new gaming comPuter. How do I remove it? How to I put it back in? How does it work in general? I really don't know anything about liquid cooling!

  that's simply a CPU liquid cooler, I wonder why they call it a liquid cooling system :/ well, those coolers aren't designed for you to change water... they are completely watertight, and the special cooling liquid they use stays inside the pipe. Basically, your CPU heats up the liquid, liquid them flows to the fan and heatsink because of simple physics, the fan cools it off, and then it flows back. That's how a water-cooled CPU system works. There are risks of spill after many years, but those liquids are special liquids that won't fry your computer even if they do spill. But after they spill, the cooler is broken and goes to the dump. You won't have to clean them or take care of them. If you do not intend to do EXTREME overclocking, buying a liquid cooler isn't much of a smart choice. Edit: I guess I'll add a bit more explanation, the liquid comes already filled inside, and you can never change them. installation is pretty much the same as an air cooler, except you have to take off the fan on the back of your base and put the cooler's fan on. If you don't know how to do that, then you don't know how to build a computer and shouldn't be looking to buy parts.
