Why does my computer monitor turn on and off?

Why when i turn on my computer...my monitor doen not turn on?but why it works with other computer?

the monitor is working when i connected with another computer ...is it from computer? or video card or...? thank you

Let me help you... If your Monitor works on other computer but does not work on your computer, then that means your motherboard is defective... Please have your motherboard replaced... Video card ( GPU) has nothing to do with this dilemma

Replace your video adapter card.
