How to Reset my Computer to Factory Settings.?

I have a Dell Inspiron 32x Windows Vista Desktop , and I wanna reset to Factory setting or Upgrade to another Version of Windows , I play Video games mainly , and I just wanna clear all the crap off of my computer , Ive googled it and stuff but i go to Dell Logo title screen press F8 all that , and when I get to the thing that says , choose Recovery option they say Unknown , or they don't help me. and my Disk drive is broken and I cant use a CD , Probably time for a new computer but right now I wanna do something to fix whats wrong id really appreciate the help. :)

ok don wory just pres f2 button when you trun on the computer and go to the setup default values and pres enter then restart the computer
