How can I disable caching and shadowing?

HELP! For those that Know Computers Well!?

• I need to Disable Caching/Shadowing in my AMI BIOS, but cant find teh setting! Would love any kind of help!! I have used (Delete) To access The BIOS but dont seem to be able to find the option to Disable caching/Shadowing
