How can I delete inbox.com from my computer?

My computer has all this notepad documents and i dont know if its safe to delete them?

• Well, my computer is really slow so i'm trying to delete some things in my computer. I type in the search button to see if i had this program (Gimp) in my computer. I did, and i right click the one program to delete it, but it said also extract, and so i clicked on that instead. ANYWAYS, all this things start to appear like my music, pictures, and all these programs i never seen before. I saw a bunch that was a notepad and a clicked on one of them, and its a bunch of Zeros and random letters. I was wondering if it was safe to delete it, cause it takes A LOT of space. If You didn't understand then let me summarize. I don't know f it's safe to delete these documents from my computer. And if it's safe to delete, can i just click "delete" and it'll be gone forever? thanks

  You can delete anything if its not in the C:\WINDOWS folder, this is where windows and the registry is saved. Other than that its fine
