I have a Mac OS X PowerPC G5 , built in camera and its off, ?

every time i click on photo booth, i get a message saying "Photo Booth cannot open because no camera is attached or camera is in use by another application. I have no other application running that i know of , How do i turn it on or how do i know if its in use by another application? I shut down my comp. every day, if an application was running , wouldn't the comp. alert me? How can i fix this?

Answer:
There might be something in the Login Items list that uses iSight. Try Force Quitting iSight from Activity Monitor if it's listed.
