Is entering chat rooms on Yahoo Messenger safe?

I would like to know why i can't get into any chat rooms it says i am but don't show on my screen?

  • it don't like it that with this yahoo messenger beta voice version i have had nothing but trouble getting into chat rooms it is very disgusting i do have friends in chat rooms and can't chat with them i want to know why it keeps telling me took longer for entering chat room please try later and when i do it says i am already in the room and it don't show the room on my screen this has been going on ever since the beta voice downloaded and it is really making me mad as heck i like the old version with voice a whole lot better and this one sucks to the max i want some answers now and i mean now

    yea i cant get on either..they say you have to be 18 or older..which i am so i dont understand why its not working
