How to break administrator password?

I have lost my administrator password, how can I find it or break it. I am using Windows xp.?

You can DIY a password reset CD. Download windows password unlocker from http://www.passwordunlocker.com/products/wpu.html, there is an .ISO image file integrated in the windows password unlocker. Burn the .ISO file onto a blank CD with your favorite burners or use the freely burner included in windows password unlocker. With the newly created windows password reset CD, you can reset windows admin password with our erasing anything else

There are linux based LiveCDs that can change a Windows password with very little effort. You will have to find a place to burn the CD though. http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/reset-your-forgotten-password-the-easy-way-using-the-ultimate-boot-cd-for-windows/ The video below won't help, because it relies on having access to the Administrator account to reset another users password.
