Why doesn't YouTube work on my computer at all?

My flash player craps out..everytime i restart my computer it works, but as soon as i go2 youtube.com it stops

anyone know why this happens? i switched to windows service pack 2, u think this might be why? everytime i restart my computer i have no problems, i go to youtube.com and i can view a video but if i try to view a second vid, it doesnt work, then the music on myspace doesnt work, it says loading song, then flash on websites dont work, they say loading at 0%..can someone tell me how to fix this?
Answer:

First try Internet Options> Advanced> Security> Check "Allow active content to run in files on My Computer" If that doesn't work, go to the link provided in the source and download the Flash uninstaller. After you uninstall, restart the computer and then reinstall Flash. Good luck!
