Answer:
I have a friend at my school who is really good with computers he offered to build me one if i supplied him with the things to do it so he gave me a list of hardware, he told me that this hardware should run Battle Field 3 at 100 frames easily on the highest graphics settings get the Galaxy GeForce GTX 680 2 GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 as the graphics card AMD FX 6100 6-Core Processor, 3.3 6 Socket AM3+ you could get intel but i think it is overpriced also you can get the 8 core ALSO THE MOTHERBOARD IS ONLY COMPATIBLE WITH AMD Motherboard: ASUS Socket AM3/AMD 890FX/CrossFireX/SATA 3.0 and USB 3.0/A and GbE/ATX Motherboard Crosshair IV Formula Corsair XMS3 16GB (4x 4GB) PC3-10666 1333MHz DDR3 this is the system memory. Corsair Hydro Series H100 Extreme Performance Liquid CPU Cooler Western Digital Caviar Black 1 TB SATA III 7200 RPM 64 MB Cache Internal Desktop Hard Drive Bulk/OEM - WD1002FAEX this is the hard drive KingWin Mach 1 1220-Watt Power Supply This will run any Game on the highest graphics settings on at least 95 Frames it should cost around 1560$ but it could be a little higher

I would recommend the Nvidia Kelpler GPUs. Nvidia will be releasing the 670 and the 660 soon, and If you have $500 you can get the 680 now. For this, you will need a 500w psu, but I would recommend at least 750w for this build. I would recommend an Asus, Asrock, or gigabyte motherboard. it needs to be LGA 1155 and I would also recommend the z68 chipset. If you want to overclock, the i5-2500k, and if not, then maybe an i5-2500 or i5-2400. Also, get a modular power supply. I would recommend a corsair or cooler master case. The RAM should be 1600Mhz. Also, you may considerably SSD for faster game loading. Good luck!
