Is this a good computer and video card setup for online gaming?

HI. Computer: HP p6-2014c. CPU: AMD A6 3600 2.1 GHZ. Video card: adding XFX 6770 Radeon video card. Power supply: swapping 300 Watt with cooler master 700 watt. Hard drive: 1TB Ram: 8 GB DDR3 I know the cpu is midgrade, but I'm just wondering if the video card will work with this setup? I can always upgrade the CPU to an A8 3850 2.9 MHZ.

Looks good, I would say the cpu would be the weakest part out of that so I would suggest upgrading to the A8, although not completely necessary.
