How come my MSi netbook's webcam doesn't work? how can i get it to work?

please help? i've been having this netbook for a while, but i still can't figure out how to work the webcam.

hi, check if you have installed the software driver for the device, to check: right click my computer go to "manage" then go to "device manager" check if there is a ! yellow mark in the device manager. it only means that the software driver is not yet installed. hope this will help you. by the way what model is your notebook/laptop? i may try to help you find the software driver.
