PSP Problem from USB Connection.

PSP USB connection problem? ?

  • I recently bought a new usb cord for my psp because I never got one when I bought the psp. I connected it to the computer and went on the psp and went on the option usb connection, nothing shows up on my computer but on my psp it says it's in "usb mode" what do I do to make it work so I can download stuff on my psp?

  • Answer:

    1. try to push the cord into the socket more. 2. look under My Computer if it has detected your psp. if that doesn't work, there's something wrong with your cord, because psp is plug and play. you shouldn't have to download anything.

haha. It means you're usb is a bit messed up. Don't worry. I had this too. Until i opened up my comp and realized that i mixed up some wires. My power cord and ground were in right but the rest weren't. Well, there is that odd ball chance that it just didn't register in the pc. For this, just keep pluging it in different sockets of the pc over and over again.
