Wireless Bluetooth Headphones problem?

Hi guys, I got a set of Sennheiser MM450 Wireless Headphones for Christmas. They seemed to have worked properly when I first got them, managed to pair them with my Ipod Touch, until today when I brought a Blackberry Playbook and for some reason I noticed that the Playbook wasnt picking them up through Bluetooth. I thought it was something to do with the fact they were paired with my ipod that was causing the problem so I got my ipod to forget the device and even disabled bluetooth on the ipod. The playbook and now even the ipod wont recognize the headphones. Are they faulty?
Answer:

Make sure the headphones are in "pairing" mode and not simply just turned on. Bluetooth headphones must be placed in pairing mode to be found by your devices. Please consult your owner's manual for the correct way to place your Bluetooth headphones in pairing mode.
