Webcam and microphone best buy?

I'm looking for a cheap (under £15) webcam and microphone combination (or separate if that is possible) for my laptop so i can make good Youtube videos. I'm looking for a good/ average picture quality but i want to sounds to be good. Any suggestions?

Belkin has this really nice one that can do 1080i HD pics, and that can run at 3 frames a second. But it has a real nice high quality picture setting for 30 frames a second. and the mic is real sensitive, I have my keyboard about 2 ft away under a piece of wood (it is just under the desk on a keyboard drawer, and my hands fit underneath the top of the desk with enough space for me to type) and people still can hear me type- I don't even have the sensitivity turned up that high. You might give it a go.
