My computer won't recognize my eyetoy webcam. How can I fix this?

I got a new computer and I am trying to use my eyetoy as a webcam. It worked on my old computer. I have the drivers for it, but when I plug my eyetoy in, it just comes up in the device manager as "unknown device." I have tried updating the drivers but it says that the drivers are already up to date. How can I fix this? Thanks.
