What is the best microphone I can get for £15 or less?

I want a microphone to replace the built-in laptop microphone which I use for my youtube tutorial videos. http://www.youtube.com/GreenLightPC As you can see, the sound quality is poor and by getting a better microphone, i can produce much better overall videos. What would you suggest?
