How do I get movies on an SD card?

What graphics card to get?

• I have an HP computer, with a 1TB HDD, 5gb RAM, and a stock AMD graphics card. Also running a 3ghz AMD Athlon II X2 250 Processor. I also turned down all the aesthetics and run a minimal of programs to keep it quick. I recently installed a 16gb micro-sd card for readyboost, but it only utilizes 4gb of it. It's a decent machine, runs most movies and games pretty well, and some are even ok running on my secondary monitor (37" Sanyo LCD HDTV). Yet, I want it to be better. I found a PS2 emulator, PCSX2, and while sometimes I get normal fps while using either an ISO or an actual DVD, it has a bad habit of lagging out during actual gameplay. The same goes newer, more graphic intensive PC games. Some of these can be fixed by turning the in-game graphics menu to as low as possible and even changing the resolution to 800x600, but in some cases this doesn't fix it. As I stated, I'd like to upgrade the stock graphics card to fix this. Ultimately, I'd like to find a graphics card that can make newer games smoother for me, as well as a card that can do 3D movies and games. I did some quick research and found that most of the ATI Radeon HD 5450-6970 say they can do 3D with a compatible monitor. What card would be the most cost effective to handle tougher games/movies as well as 3D but not at the $300+ price range of the top end cards? On a side note, I was contemplating getting the new PS3 3D display that came out, and possibly using it as a 3D display for both a PS3 and my desktop. Is it worth getting or should I hold out for a larger 3D tv?
