How can I get Bluetooth on my PC?

If my PC doesn't have any wireless card installed, can I get a bluetooth adaptor to get wireless for internet?

No for internet you would use a wireless card. A blue tooth card mosltly works withs devices that have blue tooth enabled on them such as todays phones with a blue tooth card you can transfer the pictures that you have on ur phone on to you r computer so that you have more space. You can transfer data from laptops that have blue tooth also . I do not get what you mean by teh N one . But that should answer your question .

There are bluetooth wireless adapters check out bestbuy.com for one yes the n is usually compatible with b and g.
