My Msn won't let me send webcam requests?

My webcam isn't working on msn messenger?

I have the new msn so I know i can only do a video call. But when I try to do a video call and I sent the request, it doesn't say she accepted when she did, and then it closes? And it does the same when she requests a video call with me, She'll send it and I'll accept but to her it doesn't say I accepted and then it closes..? Can someone PLEASE help me A.S.A.P.. Thank you
Answer:

The same happened to me, I just uninstalled and then reinstalled Msn. It's fine now.
