If you have MS Office installed then do it in Powerpoint. Set up the slide to the right size for the paper you're using, then you get a godo idea of how it looks onscreen. Printing from other apps is often not representative and the outcome can be very different. It's also easy to move things around, add new graphics anywhere on the page and get an acurate preview in PowerPoint.
