Webcam not detected on ovoo?

me and my friend both recently downloaded ovoo and when we try to do webcam i can see and hear her but she cant see or hear me.........i went to options to test my webcam and microphone the webcam is not detected and the microphone doesn't work............i have a Dell computer and its supposed to have a built in webcam so idk if its something i need to download or what..........can someone please tell me how i can fix this

Answer:
it might be open in another application. you can't use it in two different places. you might have to ctrl + alt + del and make sure your webcam isn't running somewhere else.
