Geforce 315 on 275w PSU?

I have a dell optiplex 745 sff with a 275w power supply. i want to buy a geforce 315 http://www.amazon.com/NVIDIA-GeForce-Express-Profile-Support/dp/B005H3RHE2/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1327617020&sr=8-2 will it work on the 275w psu? and will a ati radeon hd 4650 http://www.amazon.com/ATI-Radeon-Express-Profile-Support/dp/B0069WIAOG/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1327616745&sr=8-5 work on the 275 watt psu? i need a/the card mostly for photoshop, and maybe some gaming. thank you

Yes, it should work fine. The GeForce 315 has very low power draw, and works fine even on 250W power supplies. But I'd get a Radeon HD 6450 instead. Better card for (after rebate) roughly the same price.
