How to create a magic memory stick?

I want to make a new magic memory stick?

  • i want to make a new magic memory stick because i have an old one and its barley got any space and i already have custom firmware gen d3 so if i just get an normal memory stick and copy all the files from my magic memory stick to the normal memory stick would it not turn it in to a magic memory stick please help
