I use reliance netconnect plus. i want to increase its speed. what to do?

i have taken d plan in which i should get minimum 230 kbps. but im not even getting 100kbps here ! should i complain? or its normal?

u didnt seem to be technical person ,....to check ur speed goto download.com n download any software of abt 5-10mb...se how much tranferate u getting then multiply that with 8 if u getiing answer around 220-230 means ur net speed is ok
