How to install USB Drivers from USB flash drive?

Dane-Elec 1GB USB Flash Drive wont work.?

I bought this brand new Dane-Elec USB Flash drive and it wont work on my fairly new windows XP computer. I went to the website and tried to install the driver for it. But when the set-up comes up it says your computer don't need this and I tried going to the right click my computer/properties/hardware and disconnect then restart then try again it still wont work! I went and plugged it in my old Windows ME computer and it works just fine. Does anyone know what to do????? Also the problem is: The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28) To reinstall the drivers for this device, click Reinstall Driver.

So whats the problem? Reinstall the drivers. If that doesnt work, return it for a new one. You shouldnt need to do all oft his to use a flash drive.
