Should I buy a USB Capture Card?

Looking for Game Capture Card?

Hey, Im looking for a Game Capture Card. I had thought I found one. The Dazzle Video Creator Plus. It was perfect.Within 80 bucks and I already had everything i needed to record my 360 with it. Then before I buy it I find out isnt compatible with Vista 64 Bit. I need a Gaming Captre card with decent not fuzzy quality that is compatible ith vista 64 bit within 100 dollars. it also has to connect with a usb to the computer. Honestly a dazzle that is vista 64bit compatible would be perfect.
