How can i remove the write-protection from a micro sd card?

Ive tried the tape for covering the lock thingy but the message still appears when i try to put music in it... i think the problem was i format it with my samsung mythic... because before that it worked perfectly but now i dont know how to take the protection off... can someone please tell me how to remove it please??
