How can I connect Bluetooth headset?

How to connect bluetooth headset with pc ?

  • I have connected buetooth headset with my pc. I am using iqua bhs-303 bluetooth headset. I have paired my headset to pc. But at control panel in sound and audio devies i am not able to find my device. plz tell me how to troubleshoot.

Try going into Windows Media Player or w/e you have and it should just be in there

This guide seems to cover the bare basics of connecting a bluetooth headset to a pc via usb adapter. http://oreilly.com/pub/a/windows/archive/bluetooth.html?page=1 However, to troubleshoot the problem I would: -Check all drivers are installed -Restart the System -Check the device manager to see if the adapter is detected (Is it showing up? If not, download and install the latest drivers. (note the following paragraph may contain trace elements of bullshit :) From the very little I know about bluetooth, I would say check that the bluetooth adapter is functioning properly, and then connect the headset to the pc. Then it would be just a matter of going to Start->All Programs->Accessories->Entertainment->Vo… Control and changing the default device to the headset.

Ok, I've never tried, but this might help 0.0 1. Go to run. 2. Type in "Control Panel" Without the "s. 3. go to "Add Hardware" (again without the "s) Pretty self explanatory from there. Hope I helped :-). If i did, I was glad to.

RTFM. Read the "iqua bhs-303 bluetooth headset" User Manual. It doesn't say anything about using it on Windows, it's for use with a BT enabled Cell Phone!!!
