How can we delete the mobile device and add a new device?

Where's my webcam? add device? what device? HELP!?

• I have a packard bell laptop and the webcam used to work, then it just stopped working, when I clicked the webcam it just never came on, when I broke the screen I sent the laptop off to get fixed and said that the webcam wasn't working either, and when I got it back they said, the screen and webcam has been fixed.. but it still doesn't work, and I don't want to send it off again. I go to 'scanner and camera's' and then there is no devices on the list, so I clicked 'add device' then it said; where do I get the device? what does this mean? thanks. if this isn't right can you tell me what to do please? thank you again.

  Assuming XP go to control panel > system> device manager and see if you can find it. Hopefully there is a yellow warning triangle which should allow you to update driver. You could also try forcing windows update by going to the site from the link off the start button, this sometimes comes back for me saying something isn't working correctly then gives the drvier to download to fix
