ATI Radeon HD 3200 is this a good graphics card?

Im looking into buying a new computer tower and i came across one with a graphics card called ATI Radeon HD 3200. My current computer has NVDIA Ge Force Fx 5200 graphics card in it. I am a huge sims player and i would like to upgrade on my new computer with a really good graphics card. So would you recommend the one upabove as a good one?

Not as good as NVDIA. I have an ATI one and find it's OK for the large file hidden object/adventure games, and some rendered 3D, but I've never played sims games, so don't know if it would be up to scratch. Personally, if you like the NVDIA, I would stick with it. My son has one and swears by it.
