Can my MVR be cleared?

Restore O/S on Emachines if the hard drive has been cleared of all data and not formatted & Partitions cleared?

I bought a new emachines tower on ebay Functional Condition: Tested Working Cosmetic Condition: Overall good condition Testing Notes: This item is working. This item is in the original box. This item has been tested and is in good working order. NOTE: Memory Size: 3GB Processor Manufacturer: Intel Processor Type: Pentium Dual Core Processor Speed: 2.2GHz Hard Drive Size: 320GB Optical Drive: DVDRW DL w Labelflash Video/Graphics Card: Integrated nVidia Chipset Installed Operating System: No operating system is installed. Hard drive has been cleared of all data. The hard drive is not formatted and all partitions have been cleared. License Key: Windows Vista Home Premium Items Included: [Included Item] desktop computer [Included Item] power cord [Included Item] keyboard [Included Item] mouse [Included Item] o/s license key [Included Item] user documentation [Included Item] original box Items NOT Included: [Missing Item] installed operating system [Missing Item] o/s installation media [Missing Item] o/s restore partition [Missing Item] applications / drivers disc(s) I currently have a Emachines T3604 that has a Vista restore disk with it. Can I use this restore disk or is there anything else I can do to restore the Vista O/S on this EMachines ET1810-03? Thanks in advance!!!

If the Vista "restore" disk from the T3604 is a Vista installation disk then you can use that together with the license sticker from your ET1810-03.
