Is there an RCA to VGA cable or adapter?

Can I connect a Logitech Wingman Extreme Digital 3D using a VGA Adapter to TV S-Video RCA Out Cable?

• It has a DA-15 port where the game port plugs in, but it has TV S-Video ports where it would plug into a television. Would the game show up on a television? Would it work the same?

  That's an old analogue joystick, it's not a computer. To use it you need either an old computer that has the game/MIDI interface port or a computer with an old sound card with that port on it such as a Soundblaster 16. However, support for this interface was dropped with Vista so you need to be using Windows XP or older. That S-Video port might actually be a PS/2 port.
