How can i take pictures with the webcam embedded in my pc?

my laptop came with a webcam, how do i access it and take webcam photos, i don't want to use seenly or any other programs, i just want to open my webcam and take a photo.

If your laptop came with a webcam then it also would've come with a Webcam Software. Click "Start" menu and search "webcam" it'll bring out results with your Laptop Manufacturer's Webcam Software. If you can't find it there search more and if it's not available. Go to your laptop manufacturer's website and download the relevant webcam software.
