TV tuner PC question?
-
Hello, I just purchased the WinTV HVR 950 HDTV tuner for my PC, and I was wondering...The included antenna only picks up two ASTC channels, and one is only in viewable quality. I attatched my coxail cable from my cable provider, and I recieved all the analog channels. I have digital cable in my home, is there any possible way to recieve the digital channels from my cable company on my PC with the tuner? My set top box is able to receive digital channels. I have a lot of HD channels with my cable. I have a set top box. Can I view the digital and/or High Def channels on my PC from my cable provider?

Answer:
Yes. You'll have to run the cable box output to your PC tuner card input. (even if you split the signal, you'll be stuck watching the same channel on PC and TV).
